Shafali Verma a 15-yer-old girl, became the second-Youngest cricketer play an international match for the India Women cricket team after Gargi Banerji. she is the youngest cricketer debutante in T20I for India.

Verma, however, didn’t create any mark on her international debut. she managed a four-ball duck and walked back to the Pavillion without disturbed the scorers in the series opener against South Africa women.

Shafali is top scorer for India in her 2nd T20I – 

In her Second T20I match The 15-year-old Shafali Verma managed to score 46 runs on 33 deliveries.

The 15-year-old young hard hitter provides a good start to the Indian team and made a solid foundation for the middle order players.

Jemimah Rodrigues played a 33 run inning which provides much-needed stability after solid start.

Skipper Harmanpreet Kaur (16) and Deepti Sharma (20 not out) came up with helpful contributions.

Indian Women team managed to score a competitive total 140/4. Match was reduced to seventeen overs due to rain.

In reply, the African women team only manage 89/7 in 17 overs. Laura Wolvaardt (23) is a top scorer for Africa. Poonam Yadav grab 3 wickets concede only 13 runs in 3 overs.
