After the 2015 series lose, we were preparing ourselves for spinning tracks, but we got sporting tracks, that are fantastic for batsmen and fast bowlers. You need skills to perform as a bowler on these kinds of Indian tracks. Indians hit the right spots and the stumps at all times. Our bowlers were good for a small period but that was not enough for the whole series.”
“We have to learn from this series to compete the next time. We have some young guys, and they’ll learn from this. It was important for us to learn something from here. This is one of the toughest tours on the circuit. 11 test series wins in a row is show why they are No.1 test team in the world.” Plessis added.
